Bean Bags
Published July 29th, 2008 in random craftynessNot the most interesting of items or the most challenging but…. I made five bean bags yesterday.
Tallest munchkin needs to practise throwing and catching (For his Occupational Therapy) so we needed some bean bags as they are easier to catch than balls. I bought some split peas to fill them as they were the cheapest dried food I could find, and I used up some of my fabric scraps including an old curtain from the boys room! I could only make five as I only had 1kg of peas and it took 200g to fill each bag. The munchkins helped weigh out the peas.
I only photographed four of them because by the time I took the photo one was ‘lost’ it has now been found, however.
Glad I took the photograph yesterday when it was sunny as it has gone all wet and rainy here now
