For ages I have wanting to make my own pasta, so tonight I have made my first batch.  I can’t believe how difficult it was to roll out - you would think someone would invent a pasta machine or something I have a bit of a dodgey wrist and it is totally killing me now.  I can’t tell you how it tastes yet because as I type it is ‘resting’ on the back of a chair.  tagliatelle here I come!
